A light early dinner was on the mind, and sushi was the decided food choice. Wanted something light and flavorful. The afternoon was nice enough to enjoy a dish outdoors while people watching. A brief look at the menu and 4-coners was the decision. The sushi was fresh and exactly what was needed. On top of this, the service was good with nothing left to be desired. I will have to stop by again and try other items on the menu.. Until next time..

Haven't sat at the bar top in a while and was pleasantly surprised to find seats available on a Friday night. Pierre was our sushi chef and he absolutely crushed it. Was very attentive to our needs for the entirety of our dinner & went above and beyond for us. Food was amazing as usual. We love sushi on fire and will be back to visit soon. Thanks for the awesome service Pierre!

Excellent food and gracious service. We sat on the patio and enjoyed ourselves to no end on a beautiful day. The server was attentive and the food was delicious. You have to order the spicy edamame, the fried garlic is a revelation. The rolls are huge, it's good to slowly add items rather than over order all at once. Enjoy!

Solid 4 stars! First time and won't be the last time here! Can't believe I have not been here yet but then again I limited eating out after the pandemic. Sat at the bar with a friend and service was super quick! Your food will come out before you expect it! We enjoyed everything that we ordered from their extensive menu. Asked the sushi chef for his recommendations and he was very helpful. Nigiri portions are huge! Fish is fresh! Rice to fish ratio is perfect! 911 Roll, not pictured was the right amount of heat. What I like is that their sauces are light, not heavy mayo based, for the dishes we choose. The "4 corners" was a winner. I'm coming back for this dish!

Delicious food, great sake, awesome customer service. And nice atmosphere. I've visited this place lots of times and they never disappoint.

There are a few sushi spots just down 2nd street, so there's competition in this area to prove which is the best. This one is solid, but not my favorite. We had the refreshing roll and the magic mountain. First, the refreshing roll. It actually does live up to its name I being refreshing x the flavor profile is a citrus and light flavoring that adds a zesty sourness to the dish. The only issue is that by the end of the dish, the flavor overstayed it's welcome just a tad. This would be great to share with others. The magic mountain was a baked shrimp roll. This contrasted the other roll because it was definitely heavier and savory. This was a pretty good baked roll! Overall, it's a solid spot. Not the greatest, but definitely not the worst. With all the sushi spots here, it's knot my go to, but if you want something different, you can't go wrong here!

This sushi spot is so FIRE! I have come here a few times, and it has never disappointed me. It's very affordable comapared to other restaurants on 2nd street. This place gets really busy on the weekends, the street parking is limited, and they do not take reservations. Conveniently, this sushi spot is within walking distance from me. Their service is so fast you barely have time to finish your appetizer. Enjoy a nice cup of miso soup with your meal and gyoza. I enjoy their crispy gyoza with their sweet sauce. For their sushi, their Crunchy B roll is my favorite. I love masago eggs, so this is the roll for me. Their 911 roll is a lot; I feel like I have to cut it in half. I'm usually a big chicken teriyaki guy; I have to get that with my sushi rolls. If I need some extra protein for the day, I may get it here, but the chicken has no flavor, and when you get it for takeout, you have to put the sauce on yourself. I also came to this place late once, and the waitresses or the takeout gals working takeout barely wanted to take our order when it closed within 30+ minutes. They started getting into it with teenage girls that came in at the same time as us. So Sushi on Fire, only close what your hours are listed at!
